Each sleepover set-up includes themed tents, tent lights, banners, decorative pillows, mattresses, sheets, tray tables, chalkboard name signs, lanterns, soft blankets, themed decor, and coordinating center decor piece.

Sleepover Booking

Tea Party/Picnic Booking:
Tea Party/Picnic: A classic tea party or picnic with a modern twist! Included-low table(s), plates, decorative rug, teacups/saucers/or paper decorative cups and tea pot (for tea party), cups/glassware (for older children and adults), dinnerware, napkins, table runner, coordinating decor, candle decor with tea lights, comfy pillows, decorative chargers, and decorative crates with letter board. This a UNIQUE and fun experience for all. From younger to older this is great for all ages. Add it on to a sleepover or book on its own.

Deposits/Payments: A $100.00 security/damage deposit is due upon booking. This deposit will be returned within 5 days after the party if no damages have occurred. The full party fee is due the Monday before your party is scheduled or at least 5 days prior. Please see complete Terms of Use/Contract (emailed when confirming booking) for more details. If you cancel your reservation, the $100.00 deposit is not refundable.
